On May 15th, our company had an outdoor activity, aiming to promote friendship and strengthen the spirit of teamwork.

Totally 74 people took part in it, and they all had an exciting day and got fascinated with the party. The coach divided them into 4 teams, Zhongxin Team, with Wang Zhongxin as the leader; Hongliang Team, with Xu Hongliang as the leader; Lighting Team, with Wang Tai as the leader; Thunderbolt Team, with Xie Zhiguo as the leader. Each team presented the song and motto which reflected their confidence.

In the morning, half of the members went to play CS. They were divided into 2 sides, playing the policemen and gangsters respectively. One team set an ambush first, the other team searched for them. During the hide-and-run game, everyone felt the warmth of the team. While the left tried to introduce themselves. Everyone would try their best to remember others’ name; otherwise he would be punished in some way, like using his breech to write a Chinese word or doing some cute postures which made the entire present laugh. The second game was to bind the people’s legs together and ask them to walk in harmony, which demands precise skill of coordination between the partners. The mutual effort they made and the harmonious atmosphere during the game has taught them how to cooperate and has maximized their consciousness of team spirit. It must be noticed that although Meng Qingsheng and Xu Changjiang didn’t feel very well that day, they still turned up in the party, which deserves our appreciation. The whole-day activity ended at about 5:00 pm. The coach gave a summery that performance exceeds the words. If we want to be on good terms with each other; we must put ourselves in other’s shoe in team work, which will in the end level out all divergence.

Through this activity, we have enhanced the understanding of each other and begun to that team spirit is the core of the company’s psyche and it will certainly benefit the whole staff in the company. It is really a very valuable day.
