David Gahn, the president of NLTD provided a wonderful presentation which is about the leadership training to all employees on September 25th, 2007. He summarized five core values within Taylor Corporation. The company existed to create opportunity and security to employees and it respected the potential and significance of every individual. Therefore, the employees could get a good working environment firstly. So, NLTD employees could have a passion work and provided high quality services to their customers. And then, the company will earn more profit. In addition, he introduced something related the leadership which is a very important element to affect the direction of company operation. It also had a big effect on the employees. For example, if the company has a flat structure and all employees had responsibility for their job, the reporting structure will be very effective. After Dave’s speech, all employees felt happy and really increased the knowledge about this area.
