The Opening Ceremony of Northern Lights Technology Development was held at 10:30 A.M.on October 30th, 2007 at Xin Mao Tian Cai Hotel. Many guests have come here today to celebrate the company opening ceremony.

The guests included Liu Li, Wang Sumei and Owen Chen who represent Hua Yuan Park; Zhang Lianjun and Liang Yu gui are from Tianjin Municipal Economic Commission; Mr. Xie Xiaoming who represents the Beijing branch of the law firm DLA piper which helped us do a very complex business registration process. Also, we invited Ruan Qiang, Hao Lianjiu and Hou Naixin who are the friends from GMCC to this event. We hope that in future a different Taylor Group Company could become a partner with them. Ms. Wang Naixin and Mr. Xing Guowen are best friends we invited from Bo Yang Hong Tianjin Printing Ltd. We wished that another Taylor Group Company could cooperate with them in future. In additional, Mr. Wu, Liu Li, Liu Yuhui, Zhang Laiqing, Mr. Dun and Xu Qing are the guests from Xin Mao Building. Wu Peilun and Yang Yongping are friends and fore colleagues from Fourth Shift/ SoftBrands who taught us so much experience about how to run a software business in Tianjin. They also helped us validate our budget assumptions. Mr. Sun, Jason and Mr. Wang are the gentlemen who helped to do the design and constructions of our office space also attend our opening ceremony. Henry Jiang is Premiere BPO who hosted company while our space was being prepared. We also invited Wang Peng who helped our company set up and introduce high skill staff to us. Besides, Jacqueline Tan and Celia Su are the representatives from Standard Chartered bank. Cindy Li and Polly Duan are the representatives from the company which did accounting and audit to us. Hank Martin is the representative from Tianjin American Chamber of Commerce. We also invited Xu Kai who is from Tianjin Office Depot to attend this ceremony.

During the Opening ceremony, the director in Hua Yuan Industrial Park named Liu Li who did a speech for us. She said that “Northern Lights Technology Development (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is a limited number of high-tech enterprise in Tianjin which committed to provide software outsourcing services to Europe and United States Companies. The establishment of Northern Lights Technology Development Company marks Hua Yuan Industrial Park and the outsourcing of software exports in Tianjin which have been went up to a new position. Northern Lights Technology Development relied on their parent company advantages in the tradition development industries. Also, they provided the leading position solutions in the international community and high-quality enterprise-class software systems development services to our region's software outsourcing services industry and set a new flag and opening up new ideas and create a new business model to other companies”. In additional, Liu Li said that NLTD also set up a good sample to foreign companies which developed software outsourcing services and did investment to China. She also mentioned that the starting point of the Northern Lights Technology Development is high while it has advanced technology. Through the advantages, NLTD must attract lots of high skill software industrial engineer to get a job in Tianjin. Finally, Liu Li wished NLTD could help to enhance the overall level in the software industry district and ultimately improve the city's overall software industry quality level.

As the representative of the United States Taylor Group Companies, Steven Singer and Jeff Eccles attended the opening ceremony. They said that “Northern Lights Technology Development (Tianjin) Co., Ltd is the first United States-owned enterprise that Taylor invested in China. The reason why we decided to do the investment in Tianjin are that firstly Tianjin has favorable geographical position and good transport facilities. Secondly, the city also has a number of colleges and universities which provide software students. Thirdly, the high-tech personnel are concentrated this area during China's 11th Five-Year Plan Tianjin and it is focused on the development of the city with a good investment for the environment and highly efficient government efficiency. Through the hardware and software factors, Taylor Group finally decided to select Tianjin as the first station”. They also mentioned that from the strategy position for Northern Lights Technology Development, it is identified as the company which is not participates in price competition. They wanted to hire high skill professional employees to offer high-quality software services to win customers and gain the core market competitiveness of the operations concept.
