Everglades Direct, an early charter-member of the Northern Lights service offering, embarked on a new and exciting relationship with Northern Lights by employing two technical development resources with a focused skill set on .NET development. For the first few months, Everglades had several web-based initiatives we needed accomplished in a very short period of time to capitalize on an HR tradeshow we were participating in. Working together, Everglades and Northern lights met the needs of the business and delivered the website a few days before the tradeshow began. The website functionality is still in use today at www.freeposteraudit.com .

After the initial web projects were delivered and deployed, Everglades redirected the same Northern Lights resources to begin yet another aggressive business initiative for us. This one was strategic in nature aligning the technology foundation of our Gradience proprietary software to a more common and mainstream framework using Microsoft-centric .NET solutions. As this initiative played out over the course of nearly a year, Everglades and Northern Lights working together successfully accomplished these goals for several software products sold in the marketplace today including Gradience OSHA Manager, Gradience Handbook Manager, Gradience Supervisor Handbook Manager and HRCalendar.
