Northern Lights Technology Development Co. has been a vital addition to Amsterdam Printing for the last year.

Although NL is located in China, there have been virtually no language barriers because their spoken and written English skills are very good. Weekly conference calls have been scheduled to discuss progress of projects and new project proposals. In addition, any questions NL programmers have are Resolved though email, the use of Office Communicator, or the use of SharePoint. Also, project documentation is presented and received by uploading files onto SharePoint where all team members can login and view up-to-date information. NL uses team foundation server with the rest of the Banyan Programming team this allows us to work on projects 24 hours a day by teaming up NL staff with Banyan staff.

The work presented by the NL employees is of high quality and precision. NL has the ability to understand and implement high level requirements documents. NL has become exceptionally knowledgeable about Banyan Website code and Business rules in a very short period of time. The NL programmers have researched our existing code and have been able to follow our naming conventions and programming style with minimal instruction.

Northern Lights have helped Banyan meet key deadlines on projects that would not have been possible with the current C# and Java developers in the Amsterdam area. Northern Lights offers highly qualified professionals to Amsterdam’s existing programming team and has helped further banyan’s Websites.
